Absolutely.
It’s not really illegal if the licence only applies to certain countries.
I doubt I can find a site were I can afford this, and have it shipped in.

some people just don’t understand te feeling of not being able to order their favorite manga becuz of the circumstances around them. i feel for you

We have the same situation. My country is conservative. I can’t also order to the internet because i don’t have a credit card. I wonder how some other yaoi mangas entered in our country?, there are still yaoi mangas here in our country but it is very seldom because the stores where I can buy are very few and far.
