Heck… What happened to my handsome Cross? Have I been waiting for the 169th Night of D.Gray-Man for this vagueness? Since I’m too lazy to search around now, I’d appreciate it a lot if someone could tell me where I can get the RAW chapters of DGM.

Hoshino-sensei, why, of all people in the whole DGM universe, why Cross? And now we’re not even certain of his life (or his death) ~_~ But the heck, if he’s alive, why leave Judgement behind?

D.Gray-Man 166th Night Rant

I… don’t know what to say about this chapter.

I’ve always known that Allen is somehow related to the 14th. I even suspected that Allen might have been the reincarnation of the 14th. Well, that alone is cruel enough.

But to be told straight to your face that you’re someone who have someone else’s memories implanted into your head so that you can be the host for that someone else’s revival into the mortal world… is too cruel.

Oh, Cross… Why, pray tell, didn’t you choose better wordings? All this while, Allen’s been angsting about his life being shaped by someone else’s hands all along. To be told that everything’s all a part of a plan…

… is just plain cruel.

Is this some kind of a foreshadow that Allen would someday fully become the 14th? What would become of his memories of being just Allen, then?

The cure to my frustration in this chapter is Lavi’s hotness. No, seriously.

D.Gray-Man 165th Night Rant

Ah, how long has it been since I last wrote anything about DGM? I kind of miss my darling Kanda already XP So the last few filler chapters had been so amusing, but I really want them to finish with the the darn ghost already. It would be so amusing to see the anime version of the ghost filler, though (and I shall wait patiently until that episode comes, IF they decide to retain it). And back to chapter 165…

Yay! The story is finally going somewhere I didn’t notice that they were wearing their new Exorcist uniforms until Johnny mentioned it. After getting a good look at the uniform, I had to say that it somehow reminded me of Hogwarts? The badge placement was even in the right place.

I’m going to miss their previous sexy uniform ~_~

Allen is on his way to mastering the art of controlling the Noah’s ark. Him, along with Johnny, Komui, Lenalee (O_o I almost typed Nunnally, wth?!) and a few others went ahead to the new HQ which looked more like a haunted castle. Well, the last one was a Pisa tower wannabe, so I guess it’s excusable (though it also kind of reminds me of Crowley’s old mansion in one way or another).

So things were going fine… until Levellier (sorry, I forgot how to spell this Hitler-wannabe’s name) showed up with his Hitler-ish smirk (which failed, I must say). Now we should wait for him to raise his hand to the air and say “HAIL THE BLACK ORDER!!”

Oops… I just went off tangent. But hey, this guy is so annoying that it’s just so much fun to poke fun at him!!

Poor Allen got childraped tied against his will, and just when I was wondering where the hell they were taking Allen to, the guard suddenly said Cross was behind the door. Huh? Cross? He needed to be bound to meet Cross? And he even need to change his clothes! I mean, hey, he was wearing the minimal amount of clothes to meet the Cross Marian??

Oh dear… Out with the mystery already, Cross. Your riddles are unbecoming (not that you are, anyway. But I’ll give you credits because of your good looks).

And is it just me, or did Timcanpy just grew AGAIN?

Hmm….

p.s/ We got to see Lavi and  Grumpy Ol’ Panda-jiji Bookman in this chapter. But where is my Kanda? WHERE ARE YUUUUUUU?? (pun intended)

Kanda and Allen had been seeing each other for a month, and the group was currently in Japan. Allen was really looking forward to going out with Kanda to the Matsuri. He even fantasised all kind of romantic things a couple can do at such festivals. Kanda was left to wonder Allen’s mental health when his boyfriend kept daydreaming and making weird expression.

I swear, Lavi, Lenalee and Reever were ganging up on Allen. They kept showing up whenever something was about to happen. And when Allen got drunk?

We get a VERY cranky Allen. Allen Walker + interruptions + UST = Very Naughty and Evil Allen XD

Anyway, if you’ve somehow stumbled upon my LJ, you might have noticed a trend of craziness I’ve fallen into. It’s genuine proof that I really don’t know how to handle money wisely. Yes, I’m guilty as charged. I just thought that since I apparently spend less than $500 per month on food, I can afford to spend some money on my obsessions. I don’t do other kind of shopping, anyway. I have enough clothes for the time being (I think). It’s sadder that I won’t be going anywhere for this upcoming Winter Break when most people are going away, so wth? Haha… I’ll let you guys know when these items arrive~

D.Gray-Man Chapter 143

Um… This chapter makes me arch my eyebrow. If you’re wondering, that’s my way of saying ‘what the heck?!’ But I refuse to retract my earlier statement - that Sokaro is hot. Cloud Nine too. But the huge Akuma in this chapter disgusts me. With it’s human-like eyelashes and lifeless eyes, reading this chapter at 2.40am in the morning kind of freaked me out.

I won’t complain about the lack of Allen-action in here. The only action Allen got in this chapter was his cursed eye reacting to a weak life-force of an Akuma. Komui ordered Cross to destro the massive ‘egg’ as soon as Miranda undid her invocation. However, Lulubell appeared and got to them first, this time in liquid form (eww) and trapped Miranda inside her liquid body. She tried to get Miranda to undo her invocation by trying to drown her. (Kind of like the old Sailor Moon episode involving Sailor Mercury…)

At the same time, Johny was pissing me off a great deal. He tried to stop the transformed Tapp from going over to the Earl’s side as his new minion. Bad move. Johny was struck down hard, causing him to crash into the huge, (supposedly) dead Akuma (slain by Sokaro in chapter 142). Blood splashed the Akuma’s open eye and… It seems that the Akuma is still alive. The weak life-force Allen detected earlier was from the Akuma.

. . . General Winters Sokaro (is that how you write his name?) is actually cool.

No, like REALLY cool.

I was expecting some kind of obscure look behind his intimidating akuma-like mask, but he happen to be quite good in appearance. Of course, no one beats Cross’ smexiness or even Tyki’s rather twisted appeal. Sokaro is kind of crazy, I don’t know, but in the new released chapter, it seemed to me like he has some kind of multiple personality disorder. Nevertheless, his weapon is extra extra cool.

And my thought on Cloud Nine… She’s hot, with capitals H, O and T. If she appears more often in the series, I’d consider replacing Miranda with her as my number one DGM female character.
